Our Learning Challenge for this term is “How can we bring Narnia to Northfield Manor so that we can create a magical Christmas fayre”.

Our Science topic this half term is “Things and their habitat, name that living thing”. We will be investigating the characteristics of living things, so that, we can teach year 2 what the seven characteristics are. We will become experts in sketching and observing the different features of insects.

In Autumn 2, our Science focus will be on “Living things, help our habitats”! We will be researching about different environmental issues and how this has an impact on our world.
